The wait
A crappy motel in Littleton, CO sets the stage for this series of photos. I wanted a really run down room so I picked a placed called the Essex Model. The problem was, it was just too bare. The idea behind this series was a take on the "motel fetish" idea. This character sits alone in her room waiting for something. Whether it be a secret lover, a distant memory to flood back in her mind, or just something that she dreamed up one night, these photos are a glimpse into this woman's passing of time in this motel room.
